All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are invoiced and supplied based on available stock. Backorders are invoiced upon arrival.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer FREE local delivery for selected postcodes.
We also offer FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $70 (bulky items excluded). Bulky items will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Our online checkout currently supports shipping within Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thewpopshop.com with your name and order number.
Some carriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. Boxes. Where possible, please provide a physical street address to avoid delays.
