Send us up to 42 of your favourite photos and/or videos and we will combine them into a video with music.
After purchasing this product you will receive an email explaining what we need from you. Once we have everything we need, one of our 4 video editors will start working on your video. It may be 2-21 days until we finish, depending on the current demand. Please select our "High Priority Completion" option if you need your video completed within 7 days.
When your video is finished we will email you a draft copy which you can either approve or request changes to before we email/post your finished video - a pesonalised video that you helped create!
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered by our own fleet or using low-rate, carbon-neutral postage.
- Postage is FREE for some products and also for metro order values of at least AU/NZ$90, US$150, CA$150 (small packages only).
- Local delivery is FREE from Central Gold Coast to Ballina for all orders over $30/60/90 depending on your postcode.
- Your delivery may take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 weeks (new bulk customised orders, e.g uniforms, may take up to 6 weeks), but the average for a regular order is 5 days. If you have any special requirements or need your item urgently, please let us know and we'll let you know what we can do for you!
- Our store supports shipping within Australia and to New Zealand and other countries. If your country is excluded, plus message us so we can see what we can do.
- Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer's responsibility.
- If your order is to be posted, you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been posted. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.
