Fit and Sizing

Since Summer 2021, the Indy Slides feature a slightly slimmer profile and lower strap for a neater, more secure fit. Length remains true to size.

Best suited to slim to average-width feet.

If you have broader feet or prefer stronger arch support, the Starfish 3.3 Thongs offer a roomier fit and higher arch.

Straps can be gently warmed and eased slightly to customise the fit. Adjust gradually and allow the footbed to mould naturally to your feet.

Custom Fit

Straps can be gently warmed with a hairdryer or briefly soaked in hot water to allow slight adjustment. Adjust gradually to avoid overstretching, then wear for a few hours to allow the footbed to mould naturally to your feet.

  1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered by our own fleet or using low-rate, carbon-neutral postage.
  2. Postage is FREE for some products and also for metro order values of at least AU/NZ$90, US$150, CA$150 (small packages only).
  3. Local delivery is FREE from Central Gold Coast to Ballina for all orders over $30/60/90 depending on your postcode.
  4. Your delivery may take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 weeks (new bulk customised orders, e.g uniforms, may take up to 6 weeks), but the average for a regular order is 5 days. If you have any special requirements or need your item urgently, please let us know and we'll let you know what we can do for you!
  5. Our store supports shipping within Australia and to New Zealand and other countries. If your country is excluded, plus message us so we can see what we can do.
  6. Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer's responsibility.
  7. If your order is to be posted, you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been posted. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
  8. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.
