1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered by our own fleet or using low-rate, carbon-neutral postage.
   
2. Postage is FREE for some products and also for metro order values of at least AU/NZ$90, US$150, CA$150 (small packages only).
   
3. Local delivery is FREE from Central Gold Coast to Ballina for all orders over $30/60/90 depending on your postcode.
   
4. Your delivery may take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 weeks (new bulk customised orders, e.g uniforms, may take up to 6 weeks), but the average for a regular order is 5 days. If you have any special requirements or need your item urgently, please let us know and we'll let you know what we can do for you!
   
5. Our store supports shipping within Australia and to New Zealand and other countries. If your country is excluded, plus message us so we can see what we can do.
   
6. Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer's responsibility.
   
7. If your order is to be posted, you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been posted. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
   
8. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.
