Just let us know a little about who the gift is for, pay what you are happy to pay, and let us choose and send something for you!
Take the pressure off - this is an especially great option for those choosing gifts for kids that don't know what the kids will like. You might tell us their first name, gender, age, favourite colour(s) and anything else you know about them. We'll do the rest!
Example: To choose a $30 gift, please add both the $20 item and the $10 item (just one Mystery Gift per order please).
We will email/call you if we need more information so please provide your email address and/or phone number. We can also send you a photo to approve before and after wrapping if you like.
Is this for a birthday or anniversary? Consider opting for a subscription. This is the best way to never forget someone's birthday or your anniversary! Yes it is genius ;) You can still call/message the person on the day - we'll even remind you of it!
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered by our own fleet or using low-rate, carbon-neutral postage.
- Postage is FREE for some products and also for metro order values of at least AU/NZ$90, US$150, CA$150 (small packages only).
- Local delivery is FREE from Central Gold Coast to Ballina for all orders over $30/60/90 depending on your postcode.
- Your delivery may take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 weeks (new bulk customised orders, e.g uniforms, may take up to 6 weeks), but the average for a regular order is 5 days. If you have any special requirements or need your item urgently, please let us know and we'll let you know what we can do for you!
- Our store supports shipping within Australia and to New Zealand and other countries. If your country is excluded, plus message us so we can see what we can do.
- Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer's responsibility.
- If your order is to be posted, you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been posted. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.
